France Terre, Planner chosen by the Community of Breuillet in Charente-Maritime to fit out the urban development zone of Pifreries in the center village. |
Between Seudre and Gironde, Breuillet is situated just near the ocean, Royan, and in the heart of the peninsula of Arvert.
The project of multi-urban development zone sites allows the municipality of Breuillet to master its development while assuring the upgrade of equipments in particular :
+ Between 70 and 100 housing units including:
- 20% of Locative housing
- 50% of housing for Accedants
- Plots of land
+ And a part of housing specially dedicated to “Seniors”
