Experience and expertise
With 20,000 plots developed over the last thirty years in 600 construction projects across France, the France Terre group has accumulated a unique degree of experience. We have totally mastered all the processes involved, whether it be a small project of 30 plots or the arrangement and completion of more complex operations such as urban development zones. France Terre puts its experience at the service of local authorities in their decisions about urban directions and how to realise them.
A commitment
Since 1977 France Terre has been participating actively in setting up industrial processes to model and produce building plots that will generate real estate and financial gains.
By taking direct responsibility for all the intermediate functions between the land owner and the local authorities that will manage the development, France Terre has been a pioneer among construction professionals, first as a subdivider, by providing fully planned and equipped plots to individual house builders seeking real estate for their clients, and then by building houses itself in order to market houses with land, integrating the technical and financial responsibilities of the construction operation in a single pair of hands.
This long-term project support guarantees the confidence of local authorities. France Terre is not an "opportunistic" developer: its eight regional offices demonstrate its will to put down roots in the regions and make a lasting commitment to the specifiers and eventual inhabitants of the housing or other premises.
A choice
Living between Town and Country has been France Terre's objective for thirty years, so as to offer the future residents the best possible living space. In the interests of everyone, saving space, rationalising real estate and making the most of natural and urban heritage are also taken into account from beginning to end of the programme. As a creator of living space, France Terre combines the private and public interests to offer optimised planning and contribute to sustainable community development.
