Multi-disciplinary team

In each of its development projects, whether on residential plots or in urban development zones, France Terre surrounds itself with skilled partners who are used to working together, to ensure that all the fields of expertise necessary to conduct a high-quality operation are covered and to provide the best response to the needs of local authorities in their area.

Ensemble projects

Around the central point of the developer, architects, planners, landscape architects, engineers, land surveyors and specialist consultancies in environmental and HQE (high environmental quality) issues form a multi-disciplinary team able to understand the site and propose a consistent ensemble project that incorporates all the urban, social, economic and financial dimensions essential to its smooth operation.

A complete mission

In urban development zone (ZAC) operations, these multi-disciplinary teams have the mission of:

  • drafting, with the local community, the development concession contract that describes the obligations of each party and the terms covering the financial participation and the technical, financial and accounting control exercised by the licensor;
  • drafting the development plan for the urban development zone, including the provisional financing arrangements and their timetable, the global construction programme and the architectural and landscaping specifications;
  • carrying out the work to develop the zone, including developing building plots;
  • and more generally assisting the project owner until the zone is closed.

In this context, France Terre is responsible in its role of developer for :

  • supervising the operation;
  • financing the development programme;
  • carrying out and financing construction as the developer;
  • marketing the self-build plots and completed housing.
